This policy explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
In some cases, we may use cookies to collect personal information, or that becomes personal information if we combine it with other information. In such cases, our Privacy Policy applies in addition to this Cookie Policy.

4. Embedded content from third parties
Some of our articles contain embedded posts from platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and X. Each one is shown as a box with a button, and the post only loads when you click that button. When it loads, the platform concerned may receive data such as your IP address, may place its own cookies on your device and may recognise you if you are logged in to its service. We do not control these cookies. Each platform describes the cookies it uses, and their durations, in its own policy:
- LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy
- YouTube (Google): https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies
- Facebook, Instagram and Threads (Meta): https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies/
- X: https://help.x.com/en/rules-and-policies/x-cookies
If you do not click the button, nothing is loaded from the platform.
5. How can I control cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. Apart from the strictly necessary cookies, which are always active, no other cookies are placed until you give your consent in the cookie banner, and no embedded content is loaded until you click to load it.
You can exercise your cookie rights by setting your preferences in the cookie consent banner that appears when you enter our website, where you can choose Manage preferences, Reject all or Accept all. The banner is provided by Cookie Consent by Elementor. You can also change your mind at any time by clicking the small cookie icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies, including the strictly necessary ones, may affect how our website works.
